OfficeJet Pro 9018 showing error message B305DFF9

macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I am running the latest Big Sur OS on my MacBook Pro and my OfficeJet Pro 9018 is repeatedly giving me the blue screen error of B305DFF9. I saw a number of other threads about this error for similar models but none regarding the 9018. My Product No. is 3UK84A. I've tried the power reset, unplugging the printer power cord and waiting for more than a minute before plugging back in. I've tried updating firmware but seem to have the latest. Could someone send me factory reset instructions? Thanks!

@bruchar, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

The only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
