OfficeJet Pro 9020 not printing 5x7 print from Tray 2.

Hi. I am trying to print 5x7 photos but Tray 2 does not pick up the paper correctly. I have set the tray settings to say it is 5x7 photo paper on the printer and when printing seems to print. But when the paper comes out the paper is blank but with ink smudges all of the under side of the paper.

If the printer has not had maintenance for a while, it could be time to take care of that.

Black Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues

Assuming, instead, that it is just this paper that is failing, check the paper - photo paper should be loaded print side down.

It’s a brand new printer, only a few weeks old. It handles A4 paper fine. Yes, the paper is print side down. Just doesn’t seem to align the paper.
