Officejet 3830 Wireless Radio is not functioning

HP Recommended
HP Officejet 3830

Cannot connect HP 3830 wirelessly to my router either manually entering SSID, WPS  or search for my router. Nothing works except using USB. Ran diagnostic wireless test and result on report was  wireless radio not functioning . Contact HP support.

Any help would be appreciated to not have to buy a new one. I have seen on other boards that they resolved thru different methods.

TIA
