When I turn the printer on, it has to do a Power-On Self Test. It’s a part of every electronic, and often times printers’ POSTs include moving the ink sprayer thing back and forth a few times. The problem with my printer is that the ink sprayer thing literally throws itself against the left side of my printer while it’s doing its POST. It then gives me this error message:
(Transcript: “Open door. Clear carriage jam, and then press OK.)
When I do that, it just does that same thing again. How am I supposed to fix this?
