Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just installed new HP print cartridges.  Printer prints a small shadow under text.

 

Tried Cleaning.  Tried aligning.  No difference.  When I use Test Print From HP Print and Scan Doctor it is obvious Black Cartridge is not on same alignment as Colour (Blue) Cartridge,

 

Alignment doesn't give an error when run.  Any ideas how to fix this?  Maybe a manual alignment process?

Update - more info.  If I get the printer to print internal reports.  These are all great quality.  Problem only occurs on printout sent from PC.

Does this happen while copying too?

No Copying is fine.  Printing from Word in Normal Quality is fine.  Printing from Word in High Quality gives the problem.  Printing from a PDF form - entered Text is OK but form text has shadow,

 

Tried on 2 PCs Win 10 and Wn 8.1 - same result.

 

When I run alignment the Black lines and Blue lines are definitely misaligned but test says Ok after the scan.
