Product: HP Officejet 4635 e-All-in-One Printer

Hello, I have an Officejet 4635 in which I attempted to print some emails today and it printed a few of the emails and others it did not print. When i check the print options it only give me the option to print to PDF or fax it doesn't give me the print option anymore.  I tried restarting my computer which is Windows 10 and unplugged the printer and plugged it back into the electrical and the USB. Can someone please help?
