Hey Guys !

I recently took my print head out to clean it. Now the magenta and cyan don’t print when running reports. I also keep getting an error telling me the alignment has failed. Do I chuck this thing or not because I’m def not paying to ship this heavy printer lol. Please help I use this for my biz !  

 

Troubleshooting I’ve done : 

resetting printer

changed ink

cussing & drinking
