Are you referring to A5 papers?
According to the printer specs, this printer supports printing on A5 papers.
Make sure the paper is loaded correctly as shown in this document - Loading Paper, Envelopes, Cards
Check the print settings on the printer and the PC while printing.
Make sure the right paper type and paper size have been selected. Refer to Print Driver Settings Guide to know how to make these changes.
