My printer will not print at all due to a "printhead issue". I followed the instructions to reset and clean the print head, but to no avail. At this point, I am wondering if I am able to fix the printer / replace the printhead or if I will need to buy a new printer. I keep trying to find a phone number to talk to someone, but have been unsuccessful with this. So very frustrated at this point as I feel like I am going in circles from one support page to the next looking for help / guidance and getting nowhere.
Any assistance to help me move forward with resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
