Officejet Pro 6978
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

OfficeJet Pro 6978 networked. Printing fine for over a year until yesterday.  Won't print. Says "Error - Printing".  No codes, just error - printing.  I've gone through all the helps and even the solution included within this community. Restarted everything. Deleted/uninstalled all and reinstalled. Didn't work. Stopped spooler, deleted printer folder, restarted. Didn't work. Windows 10 is up to date. Computer and printer are on same network. Computer can see printer, just can't print to it. Printer can print test page from printer. Just can't initiate from computer.

Nevermind. After another 4 hours, we finally got it to work. Not sure which repeated step finally did it, but I'm working for now.
