Officejet pro 7740 Discharged all the ink out of my new cartridges

Officejet Pro 7740

Why did my Officejet pro 7740 Discharged all the ink out of my new cartridges. They are HP.

It told me three needed to be replaced one after the other. I replaced the last one and heard the machine. Priming over and over again.

Then is told me they were all depleated and to replace them. I looked inside the machine on the right side and and it is coverd in the three colors I replaced.

Please help.

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
