Officejet pro 8610 stuck during reset after Date/Time/Install cart

Officejet pro 8610

Officejet pro 8610 stuck during reset unplugged and started the reset but after entering the Date/Time it stops on the Install Cartridges screen:

i took each cartridge out 

there are no stickers on them

wiped Off each one 

unplugged/turned off/on 60 seconds or more 

each time goes to Date/Time/Install cartridges

Try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.

 

Also, try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168
