HP Recommended
Acer Nitro 5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've tried all of the recommended resets of the printer. Nothing works. the Printer Failure message remains: "There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off then on. If the problem persists, contact HP."

So, here I am. I'm confident I can fix it, if someone would give me the methodology.

Would greatly appreciate any help.

By the way, the printer scans fine. I just can't print or get the error message to go away.
