Only prints half the page and stops?

HP Recommended
HP Envy 5055

Printer was working fine, now it only prints half a page and just stops, keeps saying that it's not connected to my wifi. I've turned it off, unplugged it, unplugged my router, all that but same **bleep**!!! It's extremely frustrating here!!! Of course my warranty ended last month right? What can I do? I really want to burn it alive!!! HELP!!!!

@elisaxxp, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Which device are you trying to print from?

Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

  1. On the printer control panel, swipe left on the display, and then touch Setup .

  2. Touch Tools.

  3. Swipe up on the display, and then touch Print Quality Report.

If the printer is able to make a copy and print a print quality page, it means the printer hardware is working fine.

  • Make sure the printer and the PC are connected to the same wireless network.
  • This printer supports only 2.4GHz network. So, the PC should be on the 2.4GHz network.
  • If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both the networks.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
