I've tried several troubleshooting methods listed here. When I click on Printer Preferences, this is what I get.

No options to print in colour/black&white, etc.

If I print a test page, the colour works.  It doesn't matter what program I'm in - this is what I get. I just replaced the colour cartridge.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hello Again,

Thank you for the reply.  I did the power drain as per the instructions.

When I tried to go to firmware - the option to choose my printer was grayed out:

When I tried re-installing drivers - this is the next error I received.

I am still receiving the same original error.

Thank you for your help.  Unfortunately, it did not work. I deleted everything that had HP in its name and reinstalled.  Firmware is still grayed out so I can't do anything with it.  I would consider another printer but I just replaced the colour cartridge when this issue started. Very frustrating.

This is the same information as above that I've already tried - more than once. Please have another look at this error and explain why I am receiving this error. If my printer is never going to print in colour - please let me know so I won't spend any more time trying to fix it.  Thank you.
