HP Printer out of "supplies" (ink?). it will not print . It is out of warranty. But i do pay for HP Smart monthly. I would love to talk to HP about my account.

Smart friend allows you to ask questions and get a reply.  You may find that useful but  you might consider asking Microsoft's Copilot for advice as it is not restricted on what it can say .
