Please follow the following link to the HP Service Center Locator:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/service-center
Be sure to select HP Officejet Printers, not A3 Printers which is intended for higher end commercial A3 printers.
Also, be sure to call first as there might be changes with working hours due to Covid-19.
