Hi @BIGDOG1096,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
Check Power Source:
- Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into the printer and the wall outlet.
- Try connecting the printer to a different power outlet.
Perform a Power Reset:
- Disconnect the power cord from the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait for at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Press the power button to turn on the printer.
Check Power Adapter:
- If you have access to another similar power adapter, try using it to test if the printer powers up.
Remove Other Connected Devices:
- Disconnect any USB cables and memory cards from the printer.
- Turn on the printer again.
I hope this helps.
