Try these steps:

Check Power Source:

  • Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into the printer and the wall outlet.
  • Try connecting the printer to a different power outlet.

Perform a Power Reset:

  • Disconnect the power cord from the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Wait for at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
  • Press the power button to turn on the printer.

Check Power Adapter:

  • If you have access to another similar power adapter, try using it to test if the printer powers up.

Remove Other Connected Devices:

  • Disconnect any USB cables and memory cards from the printer.
  • Turn on the printer again.
