Hi @NADYAD,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand how urgent this is, especially when your HP Color Laser 150nw printer is showing an error and not printing, which is affecting your office work and client deadlines. Let’s get this resolved quickly.

Step-by-Step Troubleshooting for HP Color Laser 150nw Not Printing

1. Check for Error Code or Blinking Lights

  • Look at the printer’s control panel.
  • If there’s a specific error code or blinking light pattern,

2. Check for Paper Jam or Misfeed

  • Open the main tray, rear access door, and toner access panel.
  • Remove any jammed paper or debris.
  • Make sure the paper is loaded correctly and not overfilled.

3. Check Toner and Imaging Drum

  • Ensure all toner cartridges are properly seated.
  • If the Toner Collection Unit (TCU) is full, it may prevent printing.
    • Learn how to replace it here:

4. Run a Self-Test Page

  • Press and hold the Cancel (X) button for 5 seconds.
  • If the printer prints a test page, the issue is likely with the connection or software.

5. Check Connection Type

  • If using Wi-Fi, ensure the printer is connected to the correct network.
  • If using a USB, try a different port or cable.

6. Reinstall Printer Software

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
