Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7224e All-in-One Printer

Hi, my printer has an error code which reads...........A problem has occurred with your HP account and you will be unable to print until the issue is resolved!  I am totally unsure where to go with this information.  Could someone please help?  Have tried to clear the message but something is deffo wrong and I have no idea how to update it.  Thanks

Just sorted.  My husband lost his bank card which had to be changed so account got suspended until I updated details.
