Hi @Heligal25,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand the frustration you're experiencing with your printer. Let's try to troubleshoot the issue so you can get back to printing:
Verify HP Smart Account Status: Make sure you are logged into your HP Smart account and verify that your subscription or warranty information is up-to-date. You can check your subscription status or any pending issues on your account by visiting HP MyAccount.
Check Printer Connection: Ensure your printer is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network and that it has a stable internet connection. This connection is necessary for the printer to communicate with HP services for subscription or warranty verification.
Restart Devices: Try restarting both your printer and computer. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues.
HP App: Make sure you have the latest version of the HP app installed on your Windows 11 system. You might want to uninstall and reinstall the app to ensure it's working correctly.
Check Subscription Status: Log into your HP Instant Ink or HP All-in-One Plan account to ensure there are no issues with your ink subscription.
This could be related to billing, shipment of ink cartridges, or anything else that might pause or halt your service. Visit HP Instant Ink or HP All-in-One Plan My Account to check your account status.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a blissful day 😇.
