Hi @Deborahjo,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP All-in-One Printer Series 5200 printer is only printing some of the information, there are several things you can check to troubleshoot the issue.

  • Check ink or toner levels: Low ink or toner levels can cause your printer to skip printing some information. Check your printer's ink or toner levels and replace any cartridges that are low or empty.
  • Check the print head: If your printer's print head is clogged or dirty, it can cause your printer to skip printing some information. Try cleaning the print head using your printer's maintenance tools or by manually cleaning it with a soft, lint-free cloth and some distilled water.
  • Check the print settings: Ensure that your print settings are correct. Make sure that you have selected the correct paper size and type, and that the print quality is set to the appropriate level.
  • Check for updates: Ensure that your printer's software is up to date. You can check for updates on the HP website or through your printer's software.
  • Check the connectivity: If you're printing wirelessly, check that your printer is connected to the network and that your device is connected to the same network.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
