PRINTER NIGHTMARE

Ever since the warranty expired on my HP I have had tons of issues!  Updates don't work, finding printer doesn't work, and customer service is a non-existent.  Can anyone tell me how to cancel the InstaPrint account? I'm done with HP, I've been at this for a month with no positive results.
