Printer Model: MFP72630

I purchase the above model on 3rd Nov 2021, I also purchase 3 years warranty pack. My machine is stuck and the touch panel not working till 3rd January 2023 also already a problem registered in HP vide HP Case ID: [edit]. Today date 15.02.2023 not solving the touch panel problem. I called many times but till now HP has not had any ETA. I am very disappointed regarding HP Service.

If you purchased from a dealer do they not have support staff? If you purchased directly from HP then I would expect HP to handle but sounds like either they dropped the ball or their is a supply issue with parts. I have escalated your post to the moderators.
