I bought a new HP Smart Tank 670 AIO on 21st May 2025. The product was delivered on 23rd May 2025. I installed it myself using the guidance provided in the HP Smart App and successfully completed the installation, printing the Test Page and 'Thank You for Choosing HP' page. However, since then, my printer has been displaying an error signal with the Black Printhead symbol blinking, indicating that the Black Printhead is missing. I have tried all the solutions mentioned on the website, but the problem persists.
So please help me.

It sounds like you've done everything right during setup, but your HP Smart Tank 670 is still showing the Black Printhead Missing error. Here are some steps that might help resolve the issue:
1. Check Printhead Installation
- Open the ink access door and wait for the carriage to stop moving.
- Press the blue button on the printhead carriage to open the printhead cover.
- Remove the black printhead and reinstall it firmly.
- Ensure the plugs on top of the printhead have been removed.
2. Reset the Printer
- Turn off the printer and unplug the power cord.
- Wait 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
- Sometimes, a reset can clear the error.
3. Perform a Printhead Cleaning
- Open HP Smart or HP Printer Assistant.
- Navigate to Printer Maintenance > Clean Printhead.
- Run the cleaning cycle multiple times if necessary.
4. Check HP’s Official Troubleshooting Guide
