PROBLEM WITH THE PRINTHEAD 6830

problem with the printhead problem persists no matter what I try...

 

this is a piece of junk as many others have had the same problem..

 

hoping that HP knows about this and sends me a voucher to purchase another printer.

 

I see other person had a same problem and when HP replaced it with a refurbished 6830...it also died with the problem with the printhead error...
