HP Recommended

SO ... This printer used to be great.  Now, I can't get it to print envelopes.  I have tried tray 2 and set the paper to envelopes and #10 as the size.  I have tried tray 1 (because the printer is defaulting to that even though I have modified the paper for tray 2) and it won't even feed an envelope although I have loaded the envelopes correctly. - as far as I can tell from the diagrams.

 

Any ideas?

 

I tried to download updated drivers, but the HP page keeps opening up a driver for a printer I have never owned.

 

Also I have given up trying to scan from the printer ......
