Product: HP PageWide Pro 477dw Multifunction Printer
Operating System: macOS 26.0 Tahoe

I have to return a package for warranty so I got a link to a PDF document with the return label to put on the box. The moment I tried to print the PDF, directly from Safari browser on my Mac, the printer crashed and rebooted.

I downloaded the document and tried printing it form there, but as soon as I hit the print button, the printer crashed again... tried manually rebooting the printer, computer, tried deleting printer and reinstalling it, but it happens every time I try to print this specific document, which is a single page PDF document.

Printer is showing a blue screen (BSOD?) with an error code B8BBCA96...

I don't think I'm running the latest firmware because of my cartridges... 😃 

 

I don't like the idea of documents being able to crash my printer!IMG_3216.jpeg
