Pale colours, very poor quality print

Hi. Any idea why my printer is printing that way? I have replaced tonner for new (original one's). I have checked all settings, there is no tonner saving on. Not sure what is wrong?

I understand your LaserJet Pro MFP 281fdw is printing with pale colors and poor quality despite having new toner cartridges and correct settings, here are a few things you can check:

• Toner Cartridges: Ensure that the new toner cartridges are installed correctly. Even though they are new, sometimes they can be defective. Try reseating them or replacing them with another set if possible.
• Image Drum: The image drum might be worn out or dirty. Check the drum for any signs of wear or contamination and clean it if necessary. Some printers have a drum cleaning function in the settings menu.
• Print Quality Settings: Double-check the print quality settings in the printer’s driver settings. Ensure that it's set to the highest quality and not to draft or economy mode.
• Calibration: Perform a calibration or print head alignment. Most printers have a maintenance option for this in the settings menu, which can improve color accuracy and print quality.
• Firmware Update: Ensure that the printer's firmware is up to date. Check the HP website for any available updates and follow the instructions to install them. Update the firmware on an HP printer
• Paper Quality: The type of paper you’re using can affect print quality. Make sure you’re using the recommended paper type and quality for your printer.
• Printer Cleaning: Sometimes internal parts like rollers or the fuser may need cleaning. Refer to the printer’s manual for instructions on how to clean these components.
