Dears

 

I bought a HP ENVY PRINTER 4500 in 2014. I haven't used it for 9 years; i set it up again, today and it went well. 

However, the print is very pale on the paper. I couldn't find out the problem.

Can someone help me to understand. (I change the cartridges, the connecxion is OK and as well as the check-up)

Grâce au service WhatsApp HP Support, le technicien m'a demandé de vérifier la date de péremption des cartouches-2016 malgré qu'elles soient neuves.

J'ai racheté de nouvelles cartouches et l'impression sur papier est de bonne qualité.

Cela m'évite d'acheter une nouvelle imprimante alors que je l'ai très très peu utilisée. Enfin, j'ai appris quelque chose au sujet des cartouches.

 

Désolée de ne pas répondre en anglais,  c'est ma journée de fainéantise. Copier et coller en anglais.
