HP Officejet Pro 6835

My HP Officejet Pro 6835 printer gives me an error message that says, "Paper is jammed in the printer. Clear the jam, and then touch OK."  I did all the troubleshooting things suggested in the HP support videos like, clearing all possible pieces of jammed paper, cleaning all roller heads, clearing dust, plugging and unplugging printer to reset and nothing worked. I get another error message that says, "0x6100004a There is a problem with the printer or ink system. If anyone has had this problem before please let me know what you did to resolve it. Thanks!

@Chonese, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand you are not able to print due to this error on the printer. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

If you have tried all the steps mentioned in Paper Jam Error document and from Resolving 'Ink System Failure', 'System Supply Problem' Errors but the error persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.

Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
