Hi @Alps2024

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your printer is displaying a false paper jam message despite having cleaned it and followed the support steps, here are some additional troubleshooting steps you can try:

1. Check All Paper Paths

  • Inspect all potential paper paths, including the input tray, output tray, and internal areas. Look for any small bits of paper or foreign objects that might be causing the jam error.

2. Inspect the Rollers

  • Check the paper rollers for wear or damage. Clean the rollers with a lint-free cloth dampened with water. If they’re slick, they might need to be replaced.

3. Reset the Printer

  • Turn off the printer, unplug it, and wait for about a minute before plugging it back in and turning it on. This can sometimes clear error messages.

4. Check Sensors

  • Sometimes, dust or debris can block the sensors that detect paper jams. Gently clean around the sensors (usually small plastic tabs or openings) to ensure they can properly detect paper movement.

5. Run a Test Print

  • After checking everything, try printing a test page. This can help reset the printer’s internal status and may clear the error.

6. Update Firmware

  • Visit the manufacturer's website and check for any firmware updates for your printer model. Sometimes, updates can resolve glitches.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
