Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7958e All-in-One Printer

Each time I try to print a picture on photo (4x6) paper I get a blue screen flashing with error code 001B5D09. This is followed by a paper jam. I have unplugged the printer, cleared the jam, waited 60 seconds and turned back on. The same thing happens again when I try to print. I’ve done a full reset to factory settings. I’ve ensure the printer is updated. I’ve tried printing from the HP app. I’ve tried printing NOT from the HP app.  Nothing is helping. I cannot print pictures on photo (4x6) paper. Help!
