HP ENVY PHOTO 7855 printer

My HP ENVY PHOTO 7855 printer repeatedly jams paper. I have cleared the jammed paper from the bottom of the printer between the paper tray and the printer head at (that's the only area where the jam happens), checked all areas of the printer for jammed paper, made sure the cartridge carriage moves freely and resubmitted the print job. Every time the print job is resubmitted, the jam happens again. I have done this about half a dozen times. Any suggestions about how to fix this?
