And once again, I turn to you for help with a paper mismatch problem.

I have an Outlook extension called Tools4Contacts.  I use it to design and print envelopes for special mailings.  My current purpose is to send out holiday cards.

In that program, it has a module for defining a non-standard envelope size.  At the top of that dialog, it says, "You may edit and save changes only to custom envelopes that you have created within the software and not for sizes defined in your printer driver." I define an envelope of size 4.25" x 6.125" and save it in the software as Xmas Card Envelope.  I go to print the envelope, and load one in my printer's main tray.  When doing so, the printer asks me if I wish to redefine the loaded paper.  I say yes, and it presents me with its list of defined paper sizes/types.  There is no listing for the envelope I have defined, so I choose the closest one, 4x6.  I go to print, but the printer rejects the job, saying that the loaded paper doesn't match what I have chosen.  Well, of course not!  You don't have a definition for my paper size!  Can't I bypass this stupid error?  I just want to get my holiday cards out on time for once!

I also tried the "Custom" definition, but that didn't work either.

I would greatly appreciate a workaround for this.

Thanks.
