Paper Output tray for the HP 9025 does not extend to A4 or Letter size

The printer output tray does not extend far enough to fit / capture A4 or Letter sized sheets - all such sheets feed out an an angle and end up on the floor after 3 or 4 sheets.

How can I resolve this issue please ?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Try to pull out Tray 1 completely and insert it back.

I think you may have misunderstood the problem - the issue is with the paper output tray (or paper catcher), not the input tray

Hi, page 25 7. Pull out the output tray extension as shown.

It is exactly this output tray extension which does not extend to A4 or Letter size ?
