Paper Selection Screen Not Working as it Should

HP Recommended
OfficeJet 5255
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Paper selection screen too sensitive. Can't scroll down to envelope settings. Can I turn off the screen and choose paper size in WordPerfect?

  • When was the last time it worked fine?
  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Have you tried with different app or document?
