Printer spits out a full Letter size piece of paper (8.5x11) and then displays error: Paper Size Mismatch, The paper size detected (4x6 in.) by the printer does not match the paper size selected (Letter (8.5x11 in.)) for the print job.

 

I have reset everything, I have gone into the settings and reselected all the right options, I've removed the printer tray and cleaned every reachable spot in this printer and still get the same error.

 

This just started happening on its own out of nowhere, the the tray had not been removed and reinserted since the last project.... Nothing changed.
