Paper detected does not match paper size.

My printer keeps giving me the same message "Paper detected does not match paper size"  Paper is A4 and loaded how I always use it as portrait, and it will not print.   I have bought a new ream of paper and tried using this, no change.

I did get one print out of it yesterday and got a message to check the contraption at the back, it had a sheet of paper in it, this was cleared and came out whole so no little bits of paper left in it, I did check by the print heads if there was any paper stuck but there is not..  It wont print now.

Open and close the paper tray-then check the screen of the printer

Make sure the paper type is plain paper and a4 is the paper size
