Hi @Samimi,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like the paper feeding issue on your HP printer could be caused by misaligned paper guides, debris, or damaged rollers. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve the problem.

Check Paper Tray

  • Align the Paper: Ensure that the paper stack is properly aligned in the tray. If the paper is not loaded correctly, it can feed at an angle.
  • Adjust the Paper Guides: Make sure the side and front paper guides are snug against the edges of the paper, without being too tight.

Inspect Paper Quality

  • Use Clean Paper: Ensure that the paper is flat and free of wrinkles or curled edges.
  • Remove Excess Paper: Try loading fewer sheets at once, as an overfilled tray can cause misfeeding.

Check for Obstructions

  • Clear Debris: Inspect the input tray and paper path for any debris, paper jams, or foreign objects that could interfere with feeding.
  • Clean Paper Rollers: Gently clean the rollers with a lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water to remove dust or paper debris.

Perform a Test Print

  • After cleaning and adjusting the paper guides, perform a test print to see if the issue is resolved.

Reset the Printer

  • Turn the printer off, unplug it for a minute, and then plug it back in and power it on. Try printing again.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
