HP OfficeJet 4652 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Envy 4652 printer.  I am using new Onn ink cartridges from Walmart that I installed today.  I have been trying to print for a few days now, but get either the paper jam error or the door open error.  The paper will move through the printer from below and the top of the page will be right at the output door but will not go any further.  When I remove the paper, it has only about 1/2 inch of the document printed on the end of the page.  So even though it seems to move the paper as it would while printing on that much prints.  Once I remove the paper and try again I get either another paper jam or the door open error.  I have thoroughly cleaned the rubber spools that move the paper, there are no pieces or paper or anything else in the printer.  I have cleaned it all!  I was able to print one 6 page document after installing the new cartridges and aligning, etc.  Then I got the door open error.  Now i am back to the paper jam.  Test pages print fine.  I have reset the printer as well.  Is this a printer issue or an issue because I am using "previously installed genuine HP cartridges"?

If the paper passes into the output tray when performing tests, alignment, etc why would it stop just short of it when printing a document?
