Hi @Magic245Apple,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are getting paper jam errors on the HP ENVY Pro 6455 can sometimes be triggered even if there's no visible jam.
Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:
Double-check for Paper Jams:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it.
- Open the rear access door or duplexer (if applicable) and check for any small bits of paper or debris.
- Remove the paper tray, inspect the rollers inside, and gently remove any foreign objects that might have caused the error.
Clean the Rollers:
- Dust or small bits of paper can sometimes lead to misread errors.
- Use a lint-free cloth lightly moistened with distilled water to clean the rollers in the paper path.
- Let the rollers dry for a few minutes before reassembling the printer.
Reset the Printer:
- Unplug the printer from the power source.
- Wait for at least 60 seconds.
- Plug it back in, turn on the printer, and see if the error persists.
Update Firmware: Update the firmware on an HP printer
- Ensure your printer’s firmware is up to date, as updates can sometimes fix known issues. You can check for updates via the HP Smart app or the HP Support website.
Clear Error Message:
- If the above steps do not help, try performing a full factory reset on the printer. (Instructions vary depending on the model, so let me know if you'd like help with this step.)

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
