Hi @EmilFlor,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you're still encountering the paper jam error despite cleaning and replacing the ink and paper, here are some additional steps you can try.

Double-check for any small bits of paper: Even a small piece of torn paper can cause the printer to think there’s a jam. Carefully inspect all accessible areas where paper passes through (like the paper tray, output tray, and areas near the rollers).

Check the paper path: Open all panels, doors, and covers where paper moves through. Look for any misaligned paper or hidden obstructions, especially in the areas near the rollers.

Reset the printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds to allow it to reset.
  • Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

Check the rollers for wear: Even though you cleaned them, worn-out rollers may not pick up or feed paper properly. If they feel smooth or appear worn down, you may need to replace them.

Paper tray issues: Ensure the paper is properly aligned in the tray and that it's not overfilled. The paper should be placed correctly without being bent or misaligned.

Check for firmware updates: Sometimes, firmware bugs can cause paper jams. Check for any available firmware updates on the printer's support page.

Run the Printer’s Self-Test: Many HP printers have a built-in diagnostic tool. You can run it from the printer’s menu or via the HP Smart app to identify any specific hardware issues.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
