Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281cdw

I was printing ok one minute, the next a paper jam message came on and I can't get rid of it.  Followed all the HP and bb suggestion steps, looked carefully for any sign of a stray piece of anything...nothing.  I've reset it, unpowered, waited, repowered, etc.....really, all the steps.  There is no paper jam but the message persists and printer is useless.

On this engine design a jam in the fuser is nearly impossible to see without taking the printer apart. You can examine the back of the printer closely and you might be able to see if there is a piece of paper wrapped around the fuser.
