HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 All-in-One Printer
macOS 11.0 Big Sur

My HP 8720 Officejet Pro printer was working fine, no problems and all of a sudden it started jamming somewhere around the print head.  If I try to print a blank sheet of paper the paper goes through but is inside the printer and not feeding under the printheads and into the paths to exit the printer into the post-print delivery tray.  I have looked for a jam or small piece of paper and cannot find one.  The printer is otherwise fine.

Help!!!  Everything seems to be in the right place.  Not sure what to do now.

Thanks.  I have gone through the video.  I tried printing a blank sheet.  The sheet of paper, when I opened the ink supply lid, was lying on top of the printer head.  It seems to have been fed over the prion and ink cartridges when I open the ink bay door,  not under them.  I have a brief movie if will help.

I cannot find any debris from previous paper jams anywhere along the paper feed track inside and the path on the back of the printer seems to be fine.   No debris..

What are my next steps?  The printer, though a little over 3 years old, is in very good condition, I don't see anything that appears to be out of the ordinary.

Nest steps????

All is can suggest is to look at some owner provided videos such as this one on cleaning the pickup rollers

if the rollers are really sticky (for example, an Avery label peeling off and getting stuck) then you may want to get a roller replacement kit)
