If the printer is not picking the paper correctly, perform the steps mentioned in this document.
To resolve paper jam issues, perform the steps from this document.
If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printer.
If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
