Usually caused by having the paper settings on the printer itself not matching the loaded media or the paper that the job is requesting. Often triggered when printing a PDF with the "chose paper size based on PDF" setting enabled and the PDF comes from a geographic location that uses different default paper sizes such as A4 instead of Letter.
