Has anyone actually solved the part page printing? I had around 20 sheets from my allowance this month stop printing and I had to resend, what a waste of money!

Hi @Lynn8181,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

Thank you for reaching out to HP Support. We understand how frustrating it can be when pages from your Instant Ink allowance are not printing fully, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Partial page printing can sometimes occur due to connectivity interruptions, driver or firmware inconsistencies, or temporary communication issues with the HP Instant Ink service. We recommend the following steps to help resolve and prevent the issue moving forward:

Recommended Troubleshooting:

  1. Firmware Update
Please ensure your printer has the latest firmware installed. You can do this using the HP Smart app or by visiting the Official HP® Support Downloads page.

  2. HP Smart App Reinstallation
If you are using the HP Smart app, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to ensure it is functioning correctly and communicating properly with your printer.

  3. Printer Reset & Network Check
    • Restart your printer and router.
    • Ensure your printer is connected to a stable 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network (most HP printers do not support 5 GHz networks).

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
