@LishanMarketing, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If your HP Ink Tank 319 printer is continuously blinking and showing a cartridge problem, you can try the following steps to resolve the issue:

Check Printhead Installation:

  • Open the printhead access door.
  • Inspect the printhead latch to ensure it is properly closed.
  • Make sure the printheads are correctly installed. Remove and reinsert them if necessary, ensuring no orange plug or tape is left on them.

Remove and Reinsert Printheads:

  • Turn off the printer.
  • Open the printhead access door.
  • Carefully remove the printheads, clean any dirt or ink residue from the contacts, and reinsert them firmly.
  • Close the printhead access door and turn the printer back on.

Check for Compatibility:

  • Ensure you are using the correct HP printheads for your printer. Incompatible printheads can cause errors.

Reset the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug the power cord from both the printer and the power source.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back in and turn on the printer.

Check for Firmware Updates:

  • Visit the HP support website to see if there are any available firmware updates for your printer model.
