Officejet Pro 6970
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Reading through the forums this is an unusual one I think.

I want to permanently turn off the Wireless on the 6970.  There are a lot of networks in this area and I suspect I am getting some interference on my home network.

When I disable the printer Wireless on the front panel the printer is stil transmitting and is detected on the network scan lists.

Is there any way that I can completely turn this off at all ??

Many thanks

How?

Select the wireless icon on fron panel & swipe down to the wi fi direct, then select Off.  I had to fiddle around to find it.

Does it stay off when you turn the printer off and on again or when you reboot your computer?
